I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Philip Lindquist called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Members Absent: Kenneth Lawson, Member
Others Present: Noreen O’Toole, Town Planner
Barbara Ferguson, Administrative Assistant
Town Planner Noreen O’Toole advised the Board that Zoning Bylaw Committee members had voted at their 7 p.m.meeting prior to town meeting to recommend that voters pass over Article 25 which sought expansion of the business district on Liberty Street. Board members determined that they did not have to make a recommendation on the article if was not going to be discussed.
